When does episode 317 of Avatar air? (via you tube)Before the DVD release.?

I know that the next dvd of Avatar is being released on July 29, 2008...What I want to know is when is episode 317 going to be on you tube (before the DVD release)? Or is there another website, in which you do not have to download the episode or a program to watch the episode, that i could watch 317 on?
