When does Apple offer it's Macbook/Macbook Pro + iPod Touch?

I am going to university in the Fall and really want a Macbook or a Macbook Pro. I heard someone say that last year, sometime during the summer, Apple offered a deal that was something like, if you buy a Macbook or Macbook Pro, you get a free iPod Touch.

Does anyone know when this deal comes out?
