Does any nation have the right to enforce international policy by use of military force, and how would this be justifiable?

When does a nation have the moral justification for military intervention?

No one nation should have the right to impose their power in another country unless it's to conquer said country. With that being said more power should be given to the U.N. and let them as a collective group take care of the straggling country which does not want to play by the rules like North Korea for example. With the case of North Korea where every one is scared to even throw a fart in their direction something most be done before millions of ppl die. This is how it's justifiable in a extreme case such as Nazi Germany. Everyone should have rushed into Germany before things got as bad as they did. Most major tragedies in history could have been stopped if the right ppl would have taken the appropriate actions at the appropriate time. For example before 9-11 memos by agencies around the world were sent to the new administration warning them of this terrible plot and nothing was done to prevent it.
So to you conspiracy buffs out their who say the Bush administration planned 9-11. They did not plan it per say but they certainly should share the blame for allowing it to happen.

Law is just something we create to give perceived order which allows enough peace for people to do things they need to do to live. Nothing is written in stone. People are not treated equally in any country including the US. We cannot control minds or reprogram people to all think and act the same. Even in brainwashed North Korea, there is only surface obedience and of course those who oppress there do not follow their own rules.
As for military intervention, you could have any reason to do it. If you are threatened by another group why would you want to let that threat remain. In the case of North Korea and South Korea both parties have the right to strike as they are both threatened by the other. The US also has the right to strike now that there is a threat of weapons reaching US soil.
Right and wrong are subjective. We are merely animals when it comes down to it. We can live by whatever rules we chose. Often though we live under some else's rules. Are you really free living in a world that is to your perfection? If not are you wrong in your thoughts when you feel something is not right? Everything is up for reinterpretation even the idea that we exist in the first place.

When you control the hands of other players and you can get away with it. Check it out. Google Obama bush's cousin. it seems Bush is related to English royalty. this is why America gets away with it.
