I'm not talking about the infant carrier or the next one up. I'm talking about the toddler seats type (the kind where they're generally buckled with the real seat belt). When do you start using those? One of my friends told me they're not necessary and that you can go from the "stage 2" car seat to the regular seat. This can't be true, is it?
