I met this guy while he was on leave from basic training from the national guard. He should have been done with basic around the begining of Feb... Shouldn't he have gotten his phone back by now? Does he not get it back until after his tenical school?

Nah... he hasn't had ANY activity on facebook since he left, hasn't text me (he said he would, and I believe him)...
He comes home in June btw from his basic and technical training, but I don't want to wait that long to talk to him.
Does it matter that he went right from basic to his technical training?
