when do you get your first phone bill after getting your first contract phone on...

...vodafone? I want my bill to come out of my bank at the beginning of each month after i get paid, so i dont have to worry about having the money during the month, so I wanted to know when you get your first bill, is like 2 weeks after you get the phone or something like that? so i can plan when to go in and get a phone :)
