We have lost a lot of custom due to the bad economy the last few months, and are finding it near impossible to find new custom. My final staff member remaining doesnt bother to turn up for work- losing us more custom, and seems like fighting a losing a battle. Would you decide enough is enough and get out while you can, or battle on and not give in? I'm leaning towards shutting down and reverting back to an employee status. what would you do?
