When do road bikes go on sale? (Bicycle)?

I am in the market for one, but am thinking prices might drop in the spring. I've been searching for 3 months now and have not found any astounding deals. Do you think people are more apt to get rid of bikes in Dec/Jan?

I'm looking for high end Cannondale/Bianchi/Cervelo
 
my local bike store usually puts the older models on sale right after they start offering the newer models. i know this is the case for my Local Bike Store.
