I've read midnight but it says for some players today is the day they come off it and become a free agent, I waited until midnight on the easy coast that has just passed and they are still on the waiver wire. If the date is November 4th for example, would they come off at midnight between the 3rd and 4th or midnight between the 4th and 5th?
