I filled a complaint for an unpaid item, its been 10 days and the other party hasn't responded. When will the dispute be over and i will be refunded fees?
So many horror stories about disputes never being settled on e-bay, or being settled in an arbitrary manner. I don't know the actual rules about time limits on disputes - or even if there are rules - but it does seem reasonable to expect a dispute to be settled in 10 days. I suggest writing to the powers-that-be and trying to get an answer about when the issue will be resolved.
