when did u know that u were reeady to have sex?

i'm 18 and have been dating a guy for over a yr but have nvr been sure that i liked him as more than a friend and i'm kinda open to other men-although this one is growing on me. idk if having sex is what it'll take to figure out the reality of our chemistry since it definitely wasn't immediate and it's still pretty contained. how can i get my guy to be more passionate?

any tips will be helpful as well as answering the headline question :)
 
Lot's of people have different opinions on this. I would say that you're ready when A) You want to. B) You have the proper protection. C) You're sure you won't regret it.
 
You should know way before you have sex with someone if they are the correct guy for you.Sex is great but it is so much better if you have it with someone you love.My normal answer is not to have sex because you could get pregnant but I have been getting nasty messages from little boys on Y/A about me telling women not to have sex,like anyone listens to what I write.Be happy.
