When did the natural law take place?

1) About the time the angels drew their fiery swords to block Adam and Eve from reentering the Garden of Eden.

2) Because they stepped into the natural world (kaballah sphere of malkuth)

3) I suppose it just naturally occurred.

4) It had to be superseded by man made law because men do not act morally when left to themselves.
 
The legal school of thought called "natural law" holds that the law is an outgrowth of morality. Therefore, natural law "began" at the same time morality "began," which would be whenever human civilization started (or earlier, if you believe morality comes from God or is eternal).
