When did nelson mandela say ‘There is no easy walk to freedom anywhere and many of us will have to pass through the valley of the shadow of death again and again before we reach the mountain tops of our desires.’

was it at a speech or did he write it in his book. If so does anyone know where I get the page number so I can reference it??
 
It's from a speech called "No Easy Walk to Freedom"--
