When did Conservatives become anti-war? War's only good when Rep presidents start them?

For years, conservatives have blasted Dems for being wimpy anti-war freaks. So when a Democratic president pursues war, those same conservatives attack Dems as war mongers. What does this prove: Republican hypocritical behavior or a case of mass amnesia?
