remodeling bids? My lease is up in August. My landlord is pushing her son into moving in and taking it over and also wants to remodel the place when I move out. In the interim, she wants to bring her son to see the place (which is fine) but she also mentioned that he will want to have contractors in to look at the kitchen and bathrooms. Can she do this when I have 5 months left on my lease??
