Hi im 16 years old and turning 17 on the 23rd of december 2010. I got my permit a while back and i cant remember when but i was wondering could i take segment 2 of drivers training any time i wanted and i was also wondering how do i know when i have had my permit for 6 months and am able to take the road test to get my license.
