I'm only in my sophomore year of high school but the schools that I'm looking into are pretty expensive and I don't come from money so the only way I can go to the school that I want is through scholarship. I was wondering if I can start applying for them now, even though I'm only in my sophomore year and still have a while? Or are there certain restrictions on it?
