When can I put my baby guppies back in the big tank with the adult fish?

I have 12 little guppies that I have had in a seperate tank for about 3-4 weeks, they have grown a lot but they are still less than half the size of the adult guppies. Can I put them in the big tank already or should I wait longer. Also, what should I do with them? Can I sell these guppies or give them away? Thanks
 
I personally would wait until the guppies reach full size you can try putting them in your tank depending on how big it is you might be able to give them away to someone you know who has a suitable fish tank for them
