When can I go to Liberty?!?!

I hate not being able to go to the other islands.
Right now i'm at the point where Nikos apt just burnt down and they moved.

you're IN Liberty. Liberty City is the entire thing...... you'll get to Algonquin soon, like 10 missions or so I believe...

well technically you can go there now, but you'll have to do it by water and will have 6 stars right away

its no different than any other GTA game you cant get to the other cities till you do a certain mission
