I was supposed to room with my friend but it didn't work out. She never fully moved in. She had moved in most of her stuff like her bed, dresser, a kitchen table and shelving along with a ton of clothes she had never unpacked. She always paid rent so I let it slide but in May she stopped so I told her enough was enough. The problem is that I still have a house full of her stuff that she says she's going to come get but hasn't. Since August I've been telling her that I am getting almost an entire living room/dinning room from my mom and stepdad as they are moving across the country in November. Every time she makes plans to move her stuff out the night before or the day of she'll text me with some reason why she can't do it. Legally can I toss her stuff if she doesn't move it out by November 8th? It's harsh but I've told her countless times and I just don't have the space to store her stuff.
