I got an MIP about 3 months ago. I just went in to the court and got the original 1 year suspension of my license repealed. It has been 90 days since the court ordered my suspension but the DMV did not send me a notice of suspension for 15 days. Do I have to wait 15 more days to take the order to DMV or can I go tomorrow and get my license back? Thank you so much for the help.
