When can I get acceptance letters from csu schools?

its almost march and I haven't gotten my letters to the csu schools I applied to. I applied to San marcos, Fullerton, northridge, and San jose. Ive been waiting and a lot of my friends have gotten them as early as early January. So how come I haven't even gotten 1 back. I worried is this late will I get accpetance letters or letters saying if I didn't get in.
