When can I add more fish?

I have set up my larger aquarium of 45 gallons and I used my old filter media for my new filter and all my old gravel and decko its been 2 weeks so when can I add one angel fish ( small about 2' in hight) Ive been planing so far, the tank is stocked for about 15 gallon worth of fish maybe less? I have another small aquarium and I cant fit it anywhere in the house so I cant quarantine my fish is there a alternative?
 
There is no alternative to quarantine. If you don't quarantine your new fish you run the risk of compromising your entire system. Test your water to make sure your tank is cycled. If your ammonia and nitrites are zero and you have some trace nitrate, you are set. Good luck and happy fish keeping!
 
Well its not true that you can add it "any time" because you have to wait 2 weeks before putting in fish so now should be fine!
