When buying wheels aka rims for your car do u Have to also buy there tires?

Help please I aready have tires on my car and they are still pretty new so when I go buy my rims for it I wont need tires just the rims...So is it possible that I can by the rims and Just use the tires I Have??? Thanks If u truely Know???
 
yes... you can use your tires.

ask the mechanic the same that i want to use the same tires. he will fix this problem for you.
