When the agency you want to work for asks about your past personal history, are they more looking for you to tell the truth to test your integrity or is it to dig up dirt on your past? I have no criminal history, no felony's, no misdemeanors, no arrests, only one moving violation over a year ago. But I have done a lot of dumb things when I was younger, not real serious stuff, just stupid teenaged mistakes.

just law stuff durring the oral interview you can explain the stupid things you did as a teenager they wont hold it against you.

a lot of times they might find out anyways, if it's not serious then its better to tell them than for them to find out a few days later and wonder why the guy didn't tell them about it if it wasn't serious

They are looking for you to truthfully answer the personal history questions, no matter how minor it may be. If you were to lie about something minor such as a moving violation, your integrity will be questionable.
