It all depends on the Judge.... Most court rooms no longer have that slow meandering relic kind of flow to them anymore. At a whim a Judge can get that information via the internet from one of his trusty side kicks at the bench. Even then if a Judge finds out that you indeed did not have insurance at the time of ticket, may as a tool to frighten you, let you go and state the fact that he knows.
