...the law to tell the truth? i had one shot with my meal at suppper time and was by no means inntoxicated but when i was asked if i had been drinking i said no can i be charged for lying even know i was not over the legal limit to be driving a vehical.i had to blow into the breathe alizer and passed.
this was on the canadain border patrol and he was the one how gave me the breathe alyzer
 
sure you can charged with lying to an officer or impeding a police investigation or something similar- but the only time people are ever charged with those crimes is when they were arrested for something else and the DA is sticking it to them
