When are you able to chat in the yahoo game room?

I made a new user, and I haven't played yahoo games in a long time and now you are restricted until you can be trusted to chat in the game room
you can chat but being a new user name I can't until a certain time, & I am wondering when will that time end & I can be trusted because that is what it says when I try to chat
