When are new HTC Android phones coming to AT&T?

So, recently on AT&T's website, they had a little page that said they will finally be getting some phones with the Android operating system. These included a Dell, some HTCs, and Motorola. It said they hope to have them in the first half of 2010. My contract's up for renewal in February, and I was just wondering if anyone knew for sure when they're coming out.

Also, on a side note, which is better -- Windows Mobile or Android?
