When are Greys Anatomy & Desperate Housewives coming back on?

I'm in the UK. Its September 16, 2010. And I want to know when Greys Anatomy and Desperate Housewives seasons 7 are going to start being back on TV. I have virgin if that makes a difference. I miss those 2 programs but can't find any Information as to when they are coming back on. If anyone knows I would love to know.
