Mobile web 2.0? hello, i heard that after november 14, all smartphones, blackberries, and pdas will require a data plan. Also, phones like the voyager, dare, motorola krave zn4, etc. will require you to pay for V-Cast before they activate your phone. Is this true, when is it happening. My last question is are they going to make phones with openwave/Mobile web 2.0 pay for v-cast. They said, it was going into effect sometime in 2009. Is this true and when is it happening
