When an unemployed person draws bailout checks from the government, should he pay it...

...back when he gets a job? Corporations pay back the bailout money, so why don't the government take back the welfare money when the person gets employed? If they don't get a job, then cut them off.
@Anna P
I have a small business and fro 2007 to 2009 I lost over $1/2 million. I borrowed hundreds of thousands from cards and banks to keep going. I am still paying those debts and on top of that I pay for the unemployment benefits of the people I laid off. I work 12 hours a day to make this company run. Don't tell me that I don't understand about adversity.
I understand perfectly well that lazy deadbeats don't want to find a job as long as they can lay back on on a free check.
