and raving about stuff you can do NOTHING about. So you say.."I see, ...I understand...."Sir, what can I do being a Customer Service Representative?" He just looked at me in SHOCK, but said.."OH, I am sorry, I thought you were someone else." I said..."that is OK", and got up and REMOVED myself from my desk. ....Sometimes the customer has NO idea who he is talking to...Sometimes the best thing to do is to LISTEN...and do nothing......Now i know sometimes it does not work; but other times it is best to look at the person...and KEEP QUIET...They atleast KNOW you are listening! Do you have any opinions on this issue?
