When a school searches you can you refuse to comply until you speak with a

parent or lawyer? I know that a school can search you or your belongings without probable cause. All they need is reasonable cause. But i was wondering if you told them that you refuse to comply with them until you speak with a lawyer or parent if they could do anything. Isn't it a persons right to a fair trial with legal representation? Thank you for answering.
