Brutal Honesty

I know so many really, really good guys who were just in bad marriages. Two of them had cheating wives, another wife was a spending ALOT more than they could afford and another wife was unbelievably mean to his child (from a previous marriage). None of them had ever assaulted their wives, but when it was time for the divorce to happen, suddenly one husband was a child molester and wife beater, two more were wife beaters and one of them was a rapist and wife beater. Their names were slandered, their kids taken away and then they had to pay child support until their kids grown up. Three of them have SUPERVISED visitation with their kids,while the other poor guy gets to see his for one day every other weekend. And they're all innocent.
THIS LAW IS JUST NOT FAIR.
If there are obvious swolen marks on the face or serious bruises on the body, that's what domestic violence is. If a women decides to scratch her own are before she walks into the police office to make these false claims, there should be some form of punishment for lying and putting their husbands in jail......simply because they're pissed off. Why do women abuse this law when it's actually there to protect them from REAL domestic violence?
