...does that mean? Last year my husband's ex brought him back to court regarding the custody agreement for their kids. The judge added a visitation stipulation "notwithstanding" the original agreement. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't that mean that the original agreement still stands, and that the new stipulation ONLY changes the visitation?
