...for seriously late payments? Our current apartment complex told us rent was due no later than the 7th, we paid on the 7th one time and they said no, it's actually due by the 6th. Soooo another time we paid by the 6th and they told us no, it's actually due by the 4th and to look at our lease- which we finally did. We assumed the the ladies in the apartment office would have actually given us the correct information. ANYHOW. The underwriter is calling about our rental history and I am a bit concerned about these two times- they were not seriously late, and we paid all of the extra fees- but they were late. How huge of an issue will this be?
