I am about to return my car back to a GM Dealership because I opt not to buy it out. This is my first lease so I am unaware and worried that the Dealership, being that they're receiving a car 5 years old w/ a few nicks and scratches, a minuscule dent, and rust on the wipers and wheels, will pull a quick one at the last minute and charge ridiculous amounts of money to replace/repair the parts mentioned. If they're entitled to do this, and if I must..... in order to save money, how do I work around this - go to an autobody shop and get touch-ups done? Have you, or anyone you know, returned your/their leased vehicle....? What happened? What did you/they have to do?
Sincere Thanks
