W willow oak Guest May 24, 2008 #5 I would say LotR, even though I love both series. The reason? LotR is only a 3-book series... 4, if you include The Hobbit. The Wheel of Time has about 12 books in it. Start the shorter series first, finish it, then start the other one. That way you can enjoy both!
