I tend to shake at the beginning and my heart beats noticeably faster. But my reaction time becomes like a fighter pilot, only down side is I'll shoot at anything that moves, even if it's a leaf in the wind. This is in COD BO this is and the effects only really last for about 2 hours, top for 1 1/2 of 473 mL cans.
