5'6", 190# and 26 years old. Been stocky my whole life but always active. the military always told me I was heavy and close to my max weight, but I always taped out and never failed a PT test. just a little on the porker side since i got married.

Not my first sportbike and I haven't had a chance to ride it so I can't tell you exactly what will happen. I know that my GSXR that I had last summer, the riding position wasn't bad. I did a couple of 300 plus mile days on it, stock bars and seat. The only thing that bothers me is my hips, right in the joint. They really bind up and get stiff the longer I ride. The rest of my body is great though.

Neck pain comes from not riding enough...I get it briefly when I get the bike back from hibernation after the usual 5 months of winter time but only last a couple days...guys,ride more.

Numb hands:just tap your kneepucks 4-5 times (not a wimpy tap) regularly and you'll be fine.

Oh,the best way to not have numb hands|back ache|neck ache:dont ride highways or straight roads!

I am 5' 6' 119lbs 33 years old

I have long legs so I can reach just fine. It's no sport tourer but I seem pretty comfy on most sportbikes.

If I added Helie bars it would make it even more comfy.

5' 7" @ 195lbs. I am 26 with hardly any body fat, all my weight is muscle. I cant touch flat footed unless I lean a little to one side, which really means only one foot is flat. I really dont have any issues of discomfort unless I ride slow. During my rides I am usually moving alot on the bike, I dont ride the bike on the highway often. I will say riding on the highway slower then 120 sux! Thank you GP windscreen!!!!

No problems riding my 696 or hubby's 848. I look at it like cycling (pedal bike) though. You can't sit in one position the whole ride, you have to move around when you can. Maybe I just pick rides that allow me to do that naturally. Northern Arizona doesn't have a lot of straight roads

Only pain is the crappy weather and not being able to ride

5'5, 135 lbs, & 43 yrs young. The usual hands going numb. But on longer rides, my shoulders start aching quite a bit. Even had the aftermarket triple clamp installed to raise the bars a bit, but not much help on the torn up shoulders. It's hell getting old
