What's your favorite way to use medium-firm tofu?

I'm looking for some ideas on how to use medium firm tofu and am wondering what your favorite ways to use it are? I love marinated tofu but i don't know if medium-firm tofu can can be marinated...

So, what's your favorite way to use medium-firm tofu?
