What's your favorite dish to cook or the best dish you can cook?

Dang Robin! I've got to get some of that! I really kind of pale in comparison, I cook a mean steak, which is my favorite food. I also am really good with pasta, I make a Fettucini Alfredo that I have to say is pretty impressive, I used to work at an Itallian restaraunt and the matron of the family used to show me how to whip up a grat alfredo sauce from scratch. I'm no good at baking like you tho, but I do love to eat it!
 
Lightly fried homemade Burritos or Tostadas with all the fixings. My mom is an excellent cook so I learned from a pro. I also like to make pork chops, mashed potatoes, gravy & a veggie on the side too. I like to bake too. I like baking so I will bring them to work or to the local shelter. Once I made 75 cupcakes for the shelter. I make a killer butter frosting...really...an old best friend of mine would ask for the leftover frosting when I baked. I like baking cupcakes, brownies & cookies.
