What's wrong with Section 8 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms?

I have a debate for my Law 12 class tomorrow on this topic. My friend and I chose the hard side (of course) and now we have to be the opposition against Section 8 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Do you have any suggestions for our defense?
Any answers with actual references to cases or events that would help to oppose Section 8 would be greatly appreciated!
