I'm not sure of the EXACT model of my digital camera but its a Sanyo. It has 14 megapixles (if that's how you spell it) and on the thing that zooms in and out when you turn the camera on on the outside says this: Auto Focus 5.0-20.0mm 1:2.8-6.3 i tell you that because im pretty sure whatever is wrong with my camera, it has to do with that part of it. Yesterday, i turned my camera on. when i did, the thing that pops out (pretty sure its a shutter?) waits a little but, then finally pops out. but it buzzed and went back in, then came out again. and there was nothing on the screen. Well today, my mom was messing with it and it did the same thing. but she pressed the shutter button and it took a picture. then the screen starts working again. so i looked at the picture it took and it was all blurry. no matter how far away or close up to something you get, the screen still shows a blurry image. it wont focus at ALL! can someone tell me what is wrong with it or what i can do to fix it? any customer service numbers would be great also. its just a small, digital camera.
