I have a 1997 Pontiac Transport. I have a problem with the steering wheel, sometimes it's too hard to turn, and at other times it's perfectly fine to turn. Also, I have this OBD-2 error code, P0341. I suspect the problem is a damaged reluctor wheel, but I don't know where it is in the engine so I can replace it.
