like while i swim or take really long shower on my palms are like white spots, not really spots but the skin rises a little so it looks like there is water or something but its white and totally stands out. its not a rash but resembles it cause it is just randomly in the middle of my palm. i think its cause my skin is dry and i dont usually put any lotion on them. i tried scraping them off and it came off so i think its dry dead skin. but i just wanna know what it is if u know and how to help. i dont have a picture..but if you kinda understand what it is by my explanation please help
