What's wrong with my jeep?

It recently started making a hissing sound,like a tire was leaking air or something,only it wasn't...and my heat and air conditioning stopped working...is there a hose loose or something?....if so where on the vehicle do I find it? underneath or under the hood?
 
Great information! For sure the vacuum hose from the engine to the A/C control head is broken or disconnected. Where do you hear the noise from? Under the dash? Under the hood? You have to follow the vacuum hose from one end to the other,and sooner or later you will find the problem.
