WHATS WRONG WITH MY HONDA 110cc?

i was riding it for 30 minutes one day, and it shut off , then i kicked it again , and i noticed their was no gas , then i put gas in it and tryed to kick it ,it wont kick... the only way it kicks is if i hold the clutch.
