What's wrong with my fish?

He doesn't really move around alot but every few seconds he'll open and close his mouth really fast a few times, almost like a spasm it's that quick. He's not eating and when he moves he rocks, like he starts to fall backwards almost then swims up, and this keeps repeating. Also, he's not eating. Is there anything I can do to help him? Is he choking on a piece of gravel?

i wish there was sumthing to help him out, but there isnt he's too fragile to be examined for probs.unless sum if his fin is cut off
